At Sypit Designs, every item is custom-made to your specific requirements. Because these products are personalized and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Material Failure & Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your product fails due to a material defect or manufacturing error, we will work with you to make it right.

How to Report a Material Failure:
  1. Contact us via email at sypitdesigns@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order date and product name and clear photos showing the specific material failure or defect.
  3. Wait for review: Our team will inspect the digital evidence and provide a resolution, which may include a repair or replacement of the affected item.
Important Reminders:
  • Accuracy: Please double-check all custom details (sizing, material finish and colors) before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: This policy does not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
